Why?
The reality is the real estate firm is all but irrelevant
to whether your home sells or not. It's the agent and his
team (if any) that you hire, not the company. You'll never talk to "the company"..."The company" will
never show your home...And "the company" will never sell
your home. Real estate companies are merely loose
associations of independent real estate agents running their
only little real estate businesses with their own clients.
And, as they should be, they're concerned with their own
clients, not you.
By the way, a few agents actually think their company is
going to sell your home. That's even scarier. So if the
best reason you can think of to hire an agent is the size of
their company . . . Find another agent! |
